  • 2 frozen Bananas (I recommend freezing your bananas in small chunks so they blend easily)
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled, and cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups Nondairy Milk of choice (we love Almond & Coconut Milk)
  • 1/4 tsp + dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 Medjool Date (optional)
  • 1 tsp Matcha or Sencha Powder
  • 1 tsp Centered Energy Adaptogen Powder


  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve.
  3. Top with extra cinnamon if desired.
