- 1 tsp. Anti-Inflammatory Adaptogen powder
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut a head of Cauliflower into four slices. Save the 2 smaller pieces for other use.
- Wet Cauliflower and sprinkle “Anti-inflammatory” Adaptogen powder. Wrap each slice with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Open the foil and broil a few minutes to slightly brown the top of the steak.
