Matcha / Hojicha Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Matcha / Hojicha Powder
- 1 Tbsp Lucuma Powder
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 1/4 c. Milk of your choice, unsweetened (we use almond milk)
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Mix Chia Seeds, Matcha or Hojicha, Lucuma powder, and salt in a 32 oz mason jar. Close the lid, shake well.
- Add Milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla extract. Close the lid, and shake well for 15 seconds. Leave it for a few minutes, and shake again. Repeat for the next 15 minutes or so, until Chia seeds start to expand and the liquid starts to solidify.
- Keep it overnight in the fridge, while pudding continues to get firmer.

Goji Berries; Pumpkin Seeds, raw and shelled; Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder (Use Ceremonial Grade for topping); Lightly Toasted Coconut Flakes. Enjoy with toppings. Experiment with different toppings and have fun!
