Just shake up the following 4 ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Matcha* *Use Sencha powder for a low-caffeine version.
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
Store the blend in an airtight container. Great for Pico De Gallo, stir fry, roasted vegetables (in the above picture, the spice was used to make delicious kale chips), and more!
