Just mix powder (1/4 to 1/2 tsp.) in 6 – 8 oz water, hot or cold. For the best warm cup, use 175 degrees F water. For cold tea, use chilled water. No boiling, brewing, or chilling.
Sencha green tea powder or Matcha is also versatile in terms of cooking. Not to mention it makes a nutritious and delicious addition to smoothies, it can be added to soup, oatmeal, cereal, dip, etc.
When mixed with salt and/or other spices, it works as a great seasoning spice or a rub.
