- 1 Tbsp. sparkling sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Matcha
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- ¼ tsp. matcha
- 2 oz. vodka
- Prepare the rim of a stemmed glass by rubbing a cut lemon around the rim. Then dip into a mixture of sparkling sugar and 1/2 tsp. matcha.
- Shake the remaining ingredients with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into the prepared glass.
