In a container, mix well:

  • 1/2 c “Margarita Mix”
  • 1 tsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 envelope Gelatine

In a separate bowl, mix well:

  • 1/2 tsp. Matcha
  • 1/2 c Hot water
  1. Add the hot matcha liquid to Margarita mixture and stir well until Gelatine dissolves completely.
  2. Grate fresh lime rind into the mixture.  Pour the mixture into 2-4oz mason jars, or containers of your choice.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.  Enjoy it with coconut flavored whipped cream*, if you wish.

*Quick coconut flavored whipped cream: Add a splash of coconut extract to whipped cream and mix it well.
