Craving a sweet treat but don’t want refined sugars? Try Apple Pie in a glass! This recipe features our Matcha and Centered Energy Adaptogen to give you the energy boost and health benefits you need to conquer your day.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen Bananas (I recommend freezing your bananas in small chunks so they blend easily)
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled, and cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups Nondairy Milk of choice (we love Almond & Coconut Milk)
- 1/4 tsp + dash of Cinnamon
- 1 Medjool Date (optional)
- 1 tsp Matcha or Sencha Powder
- 1 tsp Centered Energy Adaptogen Powder
Directions
- Wash and prep all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
- Top with extra cinnamon if desired.
