Matcha Overnight Oats

Quick & Healthy Breakfast to Boost Immunity

Ingredients for one 32 oz mason jar:

1 C  Quick Oats

1.5 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1.5 Tbsp.  Lucama Powder (optional)* 

1.5 tsp.  Matcha, or Sencha Powder

1.5 Tbsp.  Lightly Toasted Flaxseed Meal

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 C  Plain Almond Milk

1 C  Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

Instructions:

 1. Mix well the first 6 dry ingredients, from oats to salt, in a mason jar.

 2. Mix the last 3 wet ingredients together and add the mixture to the mason jar.

 3. Stir the mixture with a spoon thoroughly.

 4. Refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy as-is, or top with granola, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and/or shredded coconut. 

 *Note:

If you are not using Lucama Powder, you may want to increase the amount of Maple Syrup to 2 Tbsp.

The mixture will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge.  We make a couple of jars at once, and get 3 servings a day for 3 days–9 servings total.
