Matcha Overnight Oats
Quick and healthy breakfast to boost immunity!
Per 32 oz Mason Jar
Lucama Powder (optional)*
Matcha or Sencha green tea powder
Lightly toasted Flaxseed Meal
Plain Almond Milk
Plain Greek Yogurt
Mix well the first 6 dry ingredients, from oats to salt, in a mason jar.
Mix the last 3 wet ingredients together and add the mixture to the mason j
Stir the mixture with a spoon thoroughly.
Enjoy as-is, or top with granola, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and/or shredded coconut.
*Note: If you are not using Lucama Powder, you may want to increase the amount of Maple Syrup to 2 Tbsp.
The mixture will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. We make a couple of jars at once, and get 3 servings a day for 3 days–9 servings total.
