Instructions
Mix Chia Seeds Hojicha powder, Lucuma powder, and salt in a 32 oz mason jar. Close the lid, shake well.
Add Milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla extract. Close the lid, and shake well for 15 seconds. Leave it for a few minutes, and shake again. Repeat for the next 15 minutes or so, until Chia seeds start to expand and the liquid starts to solidify.
Keep it overnight in the fridge, while pudding continues to get firmer. (Note: We made 2 batches in a 32 oz mason jar.)
Topping Ideas:Coconut, unsweetened and shredded; Dried Fruit (Raisins, Golden Raisins, Cherries, Cranberries, Mulberries, etc.); Chopped Candied Ginger; Chopped Cashew Nuts
