Warm Spiced Green Tea Latte
A warm, creamy drink that tastes like a hug from your Mom!
can substitute nut milk or soy milk
Sencha, Matcha or Decaf Sencha Powder
Ginger, freshly grated
Put the fig into the bottom of a medium to large mug.
Heat the milk gently in a saucepan, and stir in the turmeric, ground green tea, ginger, and honey. When it is steaming hot (but not boiling), pour the milk mixture over the fig.
Sip slowly, then enjoy the warm, soft fig.
