1 Air Fryer
Portobello Mushroom cut into 1” or 1 cup halved white button mushrooms

Gluten Free Flour
Wet mushrooms and gently pat dry them. Mix "Matcha spice" and flour, and toss the mixture with slightly dump mushrooms. Arrange them in an air-frier. Air-fry them at 325°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
Arrange ¼ of the air-fried mushrooms on top of 2 cups of Arugula and ½ cup of fresh tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces. Enjoy a salad with “Asian Caesar Salad Dressing”
