Coconut Pineapple

Pineapple Chunks, drained

Honey

Shredded Coconut, unsweetened

Granola
(your favorite!)
⅓

Pineapple

Whipped Cream
Instructions
Mix 1 c canned Pineapple chunks, drained, with honey.
Add unsweetened shredded coconut to pineapple and toss to coat evenly.
Assemble 1/4 c your favorite granola, 1/3 c pineapple, and about 3 Tbsp. whipped cream in the order as shown in picture.
